Windsor Group LLC is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract under the Missile Defense Agency‘s (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a major acquisition vehicle with a ceiling of $151 billion. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allow for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.

For Diedre Windsor, Founder and CEO of Windsor Group LLC, the award represents a powerful full-circle moment in both her military and professional career. Windsor served as a US Army Air Defense Artillery Officer, operating the PATRIOT missile system, where she held leadership roles as both a Maintenance Platoon Leader and Fire Control Platoon Leader with the 1st Battalion, 43rd Air Defense Artillery Regiment.

“I was commissioned as a Regular Army Air Defense Artillery Officer in 1994. Being an Air Defender was a highlight of my military career. Being able to contribute to the warfighter mission today through the Missile Defense Agency’s SHIELD contract vehicle is incredibly meaningful,” said Windsor.

This award underscores Windsor Group LLC’s continued commitment to national security missions and its ability to deliver trusted, mission-focused solutions in support of the Department of Defense and its partners.
